If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him.

This wisdom does not come down from above, but is earthly, sensual, demonic.

But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, fair, willing to yield, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality and without hypocrisy.

And Joseph answered Pharaoh, saying, It is someone besides me. God will give Pharaoh an answer of peace.

And Pharaoh said to his servants, Can we find such a one as this, a man in whom is the Spirit of God?

And Pharaoh said to Joseph, Inasmuch as God has made all this known to you, there is no one as discerning and wise as you.

And Jehovah said to him, Who has made man's mouth? Or who makes the mute, the deaf, the seeing, or the blind? Is it not I, Jehovah?

Now therefore, go, and I will be with your mouth and teach you what you shall speak.

and I have filled him with the Spirit of God, in wisdom, in understanding, in knowledge, and in all manner of workmanship,

in cutting stones to finish them, in carving wood, and to work in all manner of workmanship.

And Bezalel and Aholiab, and everyone of wise heart in whom Jehovah has put wisdom and understanding, to know how to do all manner of work for the service of the sanctuary, shall do according to all that Jehovah has commanded.

And Moses called Bezalel and Aholiab, and every wise-hearted one in whose heart Jehovah had put wisdom, everyone whose heart was raised up to come and do the work.

And I will come down and speak with you there. And I will take of the Spirit that is upon you and will lay upon them; and they shall bear the burden of the people with you, that you not bear it yourself alone.

And Jehovah came down in the cloud, and spoke to him, and took of the Spirit that was upon him, and laid upon the seventy men of the elders; and it happened, when the Spirit rested upon them, that they prophesied, although they did not do so again.

Only may Jehovah give you wisdom and understanding, and give you charge concerning Israel, to keep the Law of Jehovah your God.

And give my son Solomon a perfect heart to keep Your commandments and Your testimonies and Your statutes, to do all these things, and to build the temple for which I have made provision.

And God said to Solomon: Because this was in your heart, and you have not asked riches or wealth or honor or the life of your enemies, nor have you asked long life; but have asked wisdom and knowledge for yourself, that you may judge My people over whom I have made you king;

wisdom and knowledge are granted to you; and I will give you riches and wealth and honor, such as none of the kings who were before you have had, nor shall any after you have the like.

For Jehovah gives wisdom; out of His mouth come knowledge and understanding.

For God instructs him to do right; and teaches him.

And He changes the times and the seasons; He removes kings, and sets up kings; He gives wisdom to the wise, and knowledge to those who have understanding.

He reveals the deep and secret things; He knows what is in the darkness, and light dwells in Him.

Daniel replied before the king and said, The secret which the king has demanded cannot be declared to the king by the wise men, the conjurers, the magicians, or the fortunetellers.

As for you, O king, thoughts came to you on your bed, about what should come to pass after this. And He who reveals secrets makes known to you what shall come to pass.

If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father in Heaven give good things to those who ask Him!

At that time Jesus answered and said, I thank You, Father, Lord of Heaven and earth, that You have hidden these things from the wise and intelligent, and have revealed them to babes.

Even so, Father, for so it seemed good in Your sight.

He answered and said to them, Because it has been given to you to know the mysteries of the kingdom of Heaven, but to them it has not been given.

For whoever has, to him more will be given, and he will have abundance; but whoever does not have, even what he has will be taken away from him.

If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will the Heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask Him.

John answered and said, A man can receive nothing unless it has been given to him from Heaven.

Him God has exalted to His right hand to be Prince and Savior, to give to Israel repentance and remission of sins.

When they heard these things they kept silent; and they glorified God, saying, Then God has also granted to the Gentiles repentance unto life.

For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.

For as you were once disobedient to God, yet have now obtained mercy through their disobedience,

But having different gifts according to the grace that is given to us, let us use them: if prophecy, according to the proportion of faith;

he who exhorts, in exhortation; he who gives, with simplicity; he who leads, with diligence; he who shows mercy, with cheerfulness.

For who makes you differ from another? And what do you have that you did not receive? Now if you did indeed receive it, why do you boast as if you had not received it?

There are different distributions of gifts, but the same Spirit.

And there are different distributions of works, but it is the same God who works each and every work.

for to one is given a word of wisdom through the Spirit, to another a word of knowledge through the same Spirit,

to another works of power, to another prophecy, to another distinguishing between spirits, to another tongues of nationalities, to another the interpretation of tongues.

For as the body is one and has many members, but all the members of that one body, being many, are one body, so also is Christ.

among whom also we all formerly conducted ourselves in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind, and were by nature children of wrath, just as the others;

even when we were dead in trespasses, made us alive together with Christ (by grace you are saved),

Therefore He says: When He ascended on high, He led captive the captives, and gave gifts to men.

He who descended is also the One who ascended far above all the heavens, that He might fill all things.)

For to you it has been granted on behalf of Christ, not only to believe in Him, but also to suffer for His sake,

For we ourselves were also once foolish, disobedient, led astray, enslaved to various lusts and pleasures, living in malice and envy, hateful and hating one another.

not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to His mercy He saved us, through the washing of regeneration and renewing of the Holy Spirit,

In this is love, not that we loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son to be the propitiation for our sins.

And this is the testimony: that God has given us eternal life, and this life is in His Son.

He who has the Son has life; he who does not have the Son of God does not have life.

And the earth was without form, and void, with darkness on the face of the deep; and the Spirit of God was hovering over the face of the waters.

And God saw the light, that it was good; and God divided between the light and darkness.

And take heed, when you lift up your eyes to the heavens, and you see the sun, the moon, and the stars, all the host of the heavens, that you not be driven to bow down to them and serve them, which Jehovah your God has allotted to all the peoples under the heavens.

There is no speech nor words where their voice is not heard.

which comes forth like a bridegroom out from his chamber; he exults as a strong man to run a race,

The Law of Jehovah is perfect, converting the soul; the Testimony of Jehovah is sure, making wise the simple.

For Jehovah God is a sun and shield; Jehovah will give grace and glory; no good thing will He withhold from those who walk in integrity.

forming the light and creating darkness; making peace and creating evil. I, Jehovah, do all these things.

The sun shall no more be your light by day; nor the brightness of the moon give light to you; but Jehovah will be to you an everlasting light, and your God your glory.

That was the true Light which gives light to every man coming into the world.

Then Jesus spoke to them again, saying, I am the Light of the world. He who follows Me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the Light of Life.

For it is God who commanded light to shine out of darkness, who has shone in our hearts to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ.

the eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that you may know what is the hope of His calling, what are the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints,

This is the message which we have heard from Him and declare to you, that God is light and in Him is no darkness at all.

And the city had no need of the sun or of the moon to shine in it, for the glory of God illuminated it; and the Lamb is its light.

And there shall be no night there: They need no lamp nor light of the sun, for the Lord God gives them light. And they shall reign forever and ever.

The Mighty God is not a man, that He should lie, nor a son of man, that He should be sorry. Has He said, and shall He not do it? Or has He spoken, and shall He not make it good?

And also the Emminence of Israel will not deal falsely nor repent. For He is not a man, to repent.

Pray for the peace of Jerusalem; may they prosper who love you.

declaring the end from the beginning, and from antiquity things which are not yet done, saying, My counsel shall stand, and I will do all My pleasure;

For I, Jehovah, change not. Therefore you sons of Jacob are not destroyed.

For the gifts and the calling of God are without regret.

They will be destroyed, but You remain; and they will all grow old like a garment;

like a cloak You will fold them up, and they will be changed. But You are the same, and Your years will not fail.

Jesus Christ the same yesterday, today, and forever.
