And the priest shall write these curses in a book, and he shall wipe them off into the bitter water.

Do not cover their iniquity, and do not let their sin be blotted out from before You; for they have provoked You to anger before the builders.

I have blotted out, as a thick cloud, your transgressions, and as a cloud, your sins; return to Me, for I have redeemed you.

Repent therefore and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, so that times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord,

Therefore, if you died with Christ from the basic principles of the world, why, as though living in the world, do you subject yourselves to decrees;

Then the king's scribes were called on the thirteenth day of the first month, and a decree was written according to all that Haman commanded; to the king's satraps, to the governors who were over each province, to the rulers of all the people, to every province according to its writing, and to every people in their language. You yourselves write a decree concerning the Jews, as is good in your eyes, in the king's name, and seal it with the king's signet ring; for whatever is written in the king's name and sealed with the king's signet ring no one can revoke.

The king cried aloud to bring in the conjurers, the Chaldeans, and the fortunetellers. The king spoke and said to the wise men of Babylon, Whoever can read this writing and explain its interpretation shall be clothed with purple, and have a chain of gold around his neck. And he shall rule third in the kingdom.

Then all the king's wise men came in. But they could not read the writing or make the interpretation known to the king.

And they were both righteous before God, walking in all the commandments and ordinances of the Lord, blameless.

Now I say that the heir, as long as he is a child, does not differ at all from a slave, though he is master of all,

Even so we, when we were children, were enslaved under the elements of the world.

For He Himself is our peace, who has made both one, and has broken down the middle wall of separation,

and that He might reconcile them both to God in one body through the cross, thereby putting to death the enmity.

For there is indeed an annulling of the former commandment because of its weakness and unprofitableness.

In that He says, New, He has made the first old. Now what is becoming worn out and growing old is ready to disappear.

It was a comparison for the present time in which both gifts and sacrifices are offered which cannot make him who performed the service perfect in regard to the conscience;

concerned only with foods and drinks, various washings, and fleshly ordinances imposed until the time when things were set right.

Previously saying, Sacrifice and offering, burnt offerings, and offerings for sin You did not desire, nor were pleased with them (which are offered according to the Law),

then He said, Behold, I have come to do Your will, O God. He takes away the first in order that He may establish the second.

And He shall say, Raise up! Raise up! Clear a path! Remove the stumbling block out of the way of My people.

For the mystery of lawlessness is already at work; only He is now restraining, until it is raised from out of the midst.
