Speak to Aaron, saying: No man of your seed throughout their generations, who has any blemish, shall approach to offer the bread of his God.

For any man who has a blemish shall not approach: a man blind or lame, mutilated or deformed,

a man who has a broken foot or broken hand,
20
or is a hunchback or a dwarf, or a man who has a defect in his eye, or itch or scab, or with crushed testicles.

No man of the seed of Aaron the priest, who has a blemish, shall come near to offer the offerings by fire unto Jehovah. He has a blemish; he shall not come near to offer the bread of his God.
Leviticus 22:22-24

Those that are blind or broken or maimed, or have an ulcer or itch or scabs, you shall not offer unto Jehovah, nor make an offering by fire of them upon the altar unto Jehovah.

A bull or a lamb that has anything deformed or dwarfed you may offer as a freewill offering, but for a vow it shall not be accepted.

You shall not offer unto Jehovah what is bruised or crushed, or torn or cut; you shall not do it in your land.
