But I trust in the Lord Jesus to send Timothy to you shortly, that I also may be encouraged when I know your state.

Yet I considered it necessary to send to you Epaphroditus, my brother, fellow worker, and fellow soldier, and your messenger and the one who ministered to my need;

Tychicus, a beloved brother, faithful minister, and fellow servant in the Lord, will tell you everything about me.

I am sending him to you for this very purpose, that he may know your circumstances and encourage your hearts,

and sent Timothy, our brother and minister of God, and our fellow laborer in the gospel of Christ, to establish you and encourage you concerning your faith,

encourage your hearts and establish you in every good word and work.
