till we all come to the unity of the faith and of the full true knowledge of the Son of God, to a complete man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ;

that we should no longer be children, tossed to and fro and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of men, in the cunning craftiness of deceitful plotting,
15
but, speaking the truth in love, may grow up in all things into Him who is the head, Christ,
16
from whom the whole body, joined and knit together by what every joint supplies, according to the effective working by which every individual does its part, causes growth of the body for the building up of itself in love.
Ezekiel 40:1-42
1
In the twenty-fifth year of our captivity, at the beginning of the year, on the tenth day of the month, in the fourteenth year after the city was captured, on the very same day the hand of Jehovah was upon me; and He brought me there.
2
In the visions of God He brought me into the land of Israel and rested me on a very high mountain; on which toward the south was something like the structure of a city.
3
He brought me there, and behold, there was a man whose appearance was like the appearance of bronze. He had a line of flax and a measuring rod in his hand, and he stood in the gate.
4
And the man said to me, Son of man, look with your eyes and hear with your ears, and fix your mind on everything I show you; for you were brought here so that I might show them to you. Declare to the house of Israel everything you see.

Now there was a wall all around the outside of the house. In the man's hand was a measuring rod six cubits long, each being a cubit and a handbreadth; and he measured the width of the structure, one rod; and the height, one rod.

Then he went to the gate which faced east; and he went up its stairs and measured the threshold of the gate, which was one rod wide, and the other threshold was one rod wide.
7
Each guardroom was one rod long and one rod wide; between the guardrooms was a space of five cubits; and the threshold of the gate by the porch of the inside gate was one rod.
8
He also measured the porch of the inside gate, one rod.
9
Then he measured the porch of the gate, eight cubits; and the pillars, two cubits. The porch of the gate was on the inside.
10
And in the eastward gate were three guardrooms on one side and three on the other; the three were all the same size; also the pillars were of the same size on this side and that side.
11
He measured the width of the entrance to the gate, ten cubits; and the length of the gate, thirteen cubits.
12
And the space in front of the guardrooms was one cubit on this side and one cubit on that side; the guardrooms were six cubits on this side and six cubits on that side.
13
Then he measured the gate from the roof of one guardroom to the roof of the other; the width was twenty-five cubits, as door faces door.
14
He measured the pillars, sixty cubits high, and the court all around the gate extended to the pillar.
15
From the front of the entrance gate to the front of the porch of the inner gate was fifty cubits.
16
And there were shuttered windows in the guardrooms and in their pillars on the inside of the gate all around, and likewise in the arches. There were windows all around on the inside. And on each pillar were palm trees.
17
Then he brought me into the outer court; and there were rooms and a pavement made all around the court; thirty rooms faced the pavement.
18
The pavement was by the side of the gates, corresponding to the length of the gates; this was the lower pavement.
19
Then he measured the width from the front of the lower gate to the front of the inner court exterior, one hundred cubits toward the east and the north.
20
On the outer court was also a gate facing north, and he measured its length and its width.
21
Its guardrooms, three on this side and three on that side, its pillars and its arches, had the same measurements as the first gate; its length was fifty cubits and its width twenty-five cubits.
22
Its windows and those of its porches, and also its palm trees, had the same measurements as the gate facing east; they went up to it by seven steps, and its arches were in front of it.

And the gate of the inner court was opposite the northern gate, just as the eastern gate; and he measured from gate to gate, one hundred cubits.
24
After that he brought me toward the south, and there a gate was facing south; and he measured its pillars and arches according to these same measurements.
25
There were windows in it and its arches all around like those windows; its length was fifty cubits and its width twenty-five cubits.
26
Seven steps led up to it, and its arches were in front of them; and it had palm trees on its pillars, one on this side and one on that side.
27
There was also a gate on the inner court, facing south; and he measured from gate to gate toward the south, one hundred cubits.
28
Then he brought me to the inner court through the southern gate; and he measured the southern gate according to these same measurements.
29
And its guardrooms, its pillars, and its arches were according to these same measurements; there were windows in it and in its arches all around; it was fifty cubits long and twenty-five cubits wide.
30
There were arches all around, twenty-five cubits long and five cubits wide.
31
And its arches faced the outer court, palm trees were on its pillars, and going up to it were eight steps.
32
And he brought me into the inner court facing east; he measured the gate according to these same measurements.
33
Also its guardrooms, its pillars, and its arches were according to these same measurements; and there were windows in it and in its arches all around; it was fifty cubits long and twenty-five cubits wide.
34
Its arches faced the outer court, and palm trees were on its pillars on this side and on that side; and going up to it were eight steps.
35
And he brought me to the north gate and measured it according to these same measurements;
36
also its guardrooms, its pillars, and its arches. It had windows all around; its length was fifty cubits and its width twenty-five cubits.
37
Its pillars faced the outer court, palm trees were on its pillars on this side and on that side, and going up to it were eight steps.

There was a room and its entrance by the pillars of the gate, where they washed the burnt offering.
39
In the porch of the gate were two tables on this side and two tables on that side, on which to slay the burnt offering, the sin offering, and the trespass offering.
40
At the outer side of the porch, as one goes up to the entrance of the northern gate, were two tables; and on the other side of the porch of the gate were two tables.
41
Four tables were on this side and four tables on that side, by the side of the gate, eight tables on which they slaughtered the sacrifices.
42
There were also four tables of hewn stone for the burnt offering, one cubit and a half long, one cubit and a half wide, and one cubit high; on these they laid the instruments with which they slaughtered the burnt offering and the sacrifice.

Exodus 26:1-37

Moreover you shall make the tabernacle with ten curtains of fine twisted linen of violet, purple, and scarlet thread; with cherubim of quality workmanship you shall make them.

The length of each curtain shall be twenty-eight cubits, and the width of each curtain four cubits; one measurement for all the curtains.
3
Five curtains shall be joined to one another, and the other five curtains shall be joined to one another.
4
And you shall make loops of violet material on the edge of the one curtain on the extremity at the joint, and likewise you shall do on the outer edge of the other curtain at the second joint.
5
Fifty loops you shall make on the one curtain, and fifty loops you shall make on the edge of the curtain that is on the end of the second joint, that the loops may fit to one another.
6
And you shall make fifty hooks of gold, and join the curtains together with the hooks, so that it may be one tabernacle.
7
You shall also make curtains of goats' hair, to be a tent over the tabernacle. You shall make eleven curtains.
8
The length of each curtain shall be thirty cubits, and the width of each curtain four cubits; one measurement for the eleven curtains.
9
And you shall join five curtains by themselves and six curtains by themselves, and you shall double over the sixth curtain at the front of the face of the tent.
10
You shall make fifty loops on the edge of the curtain that is outermost at the one joint, and fifty loops on the edge of the curtain at the second joint.
11
And you shall make fifty bronze hooks, put the hooks into the loops, and join the tent together, that it may be one.
12
The remnant that remains of the curtains of the tent, the half curtain that remains, shall hang over the back of the tabernacle.
13
And a cubit on one side and a cubit on the other side, of what remains of the length of the curtains of the tent, shall hang over the sides of the tabernacle, on this side and on that side, to cover it.
14
You shall also make a covering of ram skins dyed red for the tent, and a covering of badger skins above that.
15
And for the tabernacle you shall make the boards of acacia wood, standing upright.
16
Ten cubits shall be the length of a board, and a cubit and a half shall be the width of each board.
17
Two tenons shall be in each board to join one to another. Thus you shall do for all the boards of the tabernacle.
18
And you shall make the boards for the tabernacle, twenty boards for the south side.
19
You shall make forty sockets of silver for the twenty boards: two sockets for each of the boards for its two tenons.
20
And for the second side of the tabernacle, the north side, twenty boards
21
and their forty sockets of silver: two sockets for each of the boards.
22
For the side of the tabernacle, westward, you shall make six boards.
23
And you shall also make two boards for the two back corners of the tabernacle.
24
They shall be joined together at the bottom and they shall be joined together at the top by one ring. Thus it shall be for both of them. They shall be for the two corners.
25
Thus there shall be eight boards with their sockets of silver; sixteen sockets; two sockets for each board.
26
And you shall make bars of acacia wood: five for the boards on one side of the tabernacle,
27
five bars for the boards on the other side of the tabernacle, and five bars for the boards of the side of the tabernacle, for the side westward.
28
The middle bar shall pass through the midst of the boards from end to end.
29
You shall overlay the boards with gold, make their rings of gold as housings for the bars, and overlay the bars with gold.
30
And you shall erect the tabernacle according to the ordinance which you were shown on the mountain.
31
You shall make a veil of violet, purple, and scarlet thread, and fine twisted linen. It shall be done with cherubim of quality workmanship.
32
You shall hang it upon four pillars of acacia wood overlaid with gold. Their hooks shall be gold, upon four sockets of silver.
33
And you shall hang the veil from the hooks. And you shall bring the ark of the Testimony in there, inside the veil. The veil shall divide for you between the holy and the Holy of Holies.
34
You shall put the mercy seat upon the ark of the Testimony in the Holy of Holies.
35
And you shall set the table outside the veil, and the lampstand across from the table on the side of the tabernacle toward the south; and you shall put the table on the north side.
36
And you shall make a screen for the opening of the tent, of violet, purple, and scarlet thread, and fine twisted linen, the product of skillful weaving.
37
And you shall make for the screen five pillars of acacia wood, and overlay them with gold; their hooks shall be of gold, and you shall cast five sockets of bronze for them.
