And I, brethren, was not able to speak to you as to spiritual but as to carnal, even as to babes in Christ.

I fed you with milk and not with solid food; for until now you were not able, and even now you are still not able;

When I was a child, I spoke as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child; but when I became a man, I put an end to childish things.

I have more understanding than all my teachers, for Your Testimonies are my meditation.

And He shall savor the fear of Jehovah. And He shall not judge according to the sight of His eyes, nor decide by the hearing of His ears.

For your obedience has reached to everyone. Therefore I rejoice over you. But I want you to be wise unto what is good, and simple toward evil.

that we should no longer be children, tossed to and fro and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of men, in the cunning craftiness of deceitful plotting,

but, speaking the truth in love, may grow up in all things into Him who is the head, Christ,

And this I pray, that your love may abound still more and more in full true knowledge and all discernment,

For though by this time you ought to be teachers, you need someone to teach you again the rudimentary principles of the Words of God; and you have come to need milk and not solid food.

For everyone who partakes only of milk is without experience in the Word of Righteousness, for he is an infant.

Therefore, leaving the discussion of the rudiments concerning Christ, let us move along to maturity, not laying again the foundation of repentance from dead works and of faith toward God,

And this we will do if God permits.

But grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To Him be the glory both now and forever. Amen.

Surely my soul has been calm and quiet, like a child weaned by his mother; my soul is like a weaned child.

and said, Truly, I say to you, unless you are converted and become as little children, you will by no means enter the kingdom of Heaven.

And He answered and said to them, Have you not read that He who made them at the beginning made them male and female,

Truly, I say to you, Whoever does not receive the kingdom of God as a little child will by no means enter it.

as newborn babes, desire the pure milk of the Word, that you may grow thereby,

I have more understanding than all my teachers, for Your Testimonies are my meditation.

However, we speak wisdom among those who are mature; but not the wisdom of this age, nor of the rulers of this age, who are coming to nothing.

Therefore let us, as many as are complete, be of this mind; and if in anything you think differently, God will reveal even this to you.
