And they said unto Moses, You speak with us, and we will listen; but let not God speak with us, that we not die.

and set free those who through fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bondage.

For you have not come to the mountain that may be touched and that burned with fire, and to blackness and darkness and tempest,

(For they could not endure what was commanded: And if so much as a beast touches the mountain, it shall be stoned or shot with an arrow.

But you have come to Mount Zion and to the city of the living God, the Heavenly Jerusalem, to an innumerable multitude of angels,

to Jesus the Mediator of the new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling that speaks better things than that of Abel.

You believe that God is One. You do well. Even the demons believe, and shudder.

There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear, because fear involves punishment. But he who fears has not been made complete in love.

The Spirit Himself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God,

Even to them will I give within My house and within My walls a share and a name better than that of sons and of daughters; I will give them an everlasting name that shall not be cut off.

But I said, How shall I put you among the children, and give you a pleasant land, a beautiful inheritance among the multitudes of nations! And I said, You shall call Me, My Father, and shall not turn away from Me.

Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit who is from God, that we might know the things that are freely given to us by God.

to redeem those who were under the Law, that we might receive the adoption of sons.

Therefore you are no longer a slave but a son, and if a son, then an heir of God through Christ.

having predestined us to adoption as sons by Jesus Christ to Himself, according to the good pleasure of His will,

In Him also we have been assigned to an inheritance, being predestined according to the purpose of Him who works all things according to the counsel of His will,

In whom also, after you heard the Word of Truth, the gospel of your salvation, in whom also, believing, you were sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise,

And He said, Abba, Father, all things are possible to You. Take this cup away from Me; nevertheless, not what I will, but what You will.

So He said to them, When you pray, say: Our Father in Heaven, Holy is Your name. Your kingdom come. Your will be done on earth as it is in Heaven.

saying, Father, if You are willing, take this cup away from Me; nevertheless not My will, but Yours, be done.

Jesus said to her, Do not cling to Me, for I have not yet ascended to My Father; but go to My brethren and say to them, I am ascending to My Father and your Father, and to My God and your God.
