Do you have faith? Have it to yourself before God. Blessed is he who does not condemn himself in what he approves.

Therefore, you bear witness that you approve of the deeds of your fathers; for they indeed killed them, and you build their tombs.

For Jehovah knows the way of the righteous; but the way of the wicked shall perish.

Jehovah is good, a stronghold in the day of trouble; and He knows those who trust in Him.

Nevertheless the solid foundation of God stands firm, having this seal: The Lord knows those who are His, and, Let everyone who names the name of Christ depart from iniquity.

If, then, I do what I do not wish to do, I agree with the Law that it is good.

For the good that I wish to do, I do not do; but the evil I do not wish to do, that I practice.

Now if I do what I do not wish to do, it is no longer I doing it, but sin that dwells in me.

When they sin against You (for there is no one who does not sin), and You have become angry with them and delivered them to the enemy, and they have taken them captive to the land of the enemy, far or near;

Who can understand his errors? Acquit me of that which is hidden;

Perverse speech has prevailed against me; as for our transgressions, You shall atone for them.

ALEPH: Blessed are the upright in the way, who walk in the Law of Jehovah.

For we all stumble in many things. If anyone does not stumble in word, he is a flawless man, able also to bridle the whole body.

But if we walk in the light as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from every sin.

If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.

Let love be without hypocrisy. Abhor what is evil. Cleave to what is good.

He devises wickedness on his bed; he sets himself in a way that is not good; he does not despise evil.

You who love Jehovah, hate evil! He preserves the souls of His saints; He delivers them out of the hand of the wicked.

I will set nothing wicked before my eyes; I hate the work of those who fall away; it shall not cling to me.

Through Your Precepts I get understanding; therefore I hate every false way.

SAMECH: I hate the double-minded, but I love Your Law.

Therefore all Your Precepts have been esteemed upright; I have hated every false way.

I have hated and abhor lying, but I love Your Law.

The fear of Jehovah is to hate evil; I hate pride and arrogance, and the evil way, and the perverse mouth.

The righteous hates lying, but the wicked one is odious and acts shamefully.

Hate evil, and love good, and establish justice in the gate. It may be that Jehovah, the God of Hosts will be gracious to the remnant of Joseph.

You have loved righteousness and hated lawlessness; therefore God, Your God, has anointed You with the oil of gladness, beside Your companions.

but others rescue with fear, snatching them out of the fire, hating even the garment defiled by the flesh.
