For one believes he may eat all things, but he who is weak eats vegetables.

One person esteems one day above another; another esteems every day alike. Let each be fully assured in his own mind.

I know and am convinced by the Lord Jesus that there is nothing unclean of itself; but to him who considers anything to be unclean, to him it is unclean.

But he who doubts is condemned if he eats, because it is not out of faith; for whatever is not out of faith is sin.

Brethren, if a man is overtaken in any trespass, you who are spiritual restore such a one in a spirit of meekness, considering yourself that you not also be tempted.

Who is wise and understanding among you? Let him show his works out of good conduct, in the meekness of wisdom.

For what I am doing, I do not understand. For what I do not wish to do, that I do; moreover, what I hate, that I do.

O wretched man that I am! Who will deliver me from the body of this death?

This being so, I myself always strive to have a conscience that is blameless toward God and men.

For our rejoicing is this: the testimony of our conscience, that we conducted ourselves in the world in simplicity and godly sincerity, not in fleshly wisdom but in the grace of God, and more abundantly toward you.

Beloved, if our heart does not condemn us, we have confidence toward God.
