For I do not desire, brethren, that you should be ignorant of this mystery, that you not be wise within yourselves, that hardness in part has happened to Israel until the fullness of the Gentiles comes in.

Moreover, brethren, I do not want you to be ignorant, that all our fathers were under the cloud, and all passed through the sea,

Now concerning spiritual matters, brethren, I do not want you to be ignorant:

For we do not want you to be ignorant, brethren, of our affliction which came to us in Asia: that we were burdened exceedingly, beyond strength, so that we despaired even of life.

But I do not want you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning those who are asleep, that you sorrow not as others who have no hope.

But now no longer having a place in these regions, and having a great desire these many years to come to you,

But now I am going to Jerusalem to minister to the saints.

For it seemed good to them, and they are their debtors. For if the Gentiles have been partakers of their spiritual things, it is also their duty to minister to them in carnal things.

When these things were completed, Paul purposed in the Spirit, when he had passed through Macedonia and Achaia, to go to Jerusalem, saying, After I have been there, I must also see Rome.

And in this confidence I intended to come to you before now, that you might have a second benefit;

to journey on through you to Macedonia, to come again from Macedonia to you, and be sent by you on towards Judea.

For this reason I also have been much hindered from coming to you.

Now when they had gone through Phrygia and the region of Galatia, they were forbidden by the Holy Spirit to preach the Word in Asia.

After they had come to Mysia, they tried to go into Bithynia, but the Spirit did not permit them.

For from you the Word of the Lord has sounded forth, not only in Macedonia and Achaia, but also in every place your faith toward God has gone out, so that we do not need to say anything.

Therefore we wanted to come to you; even I, Paul, time and again; but Satan hindered us.

For the mystery of lawlessness is already at work; only He is now restraining, until it is raised from out of the midst.

He shall cause those who come from Jacob to take root; Israel shall blossom and bud, and fill the face of the world with fruit.

And he who reaps receives wages, and gathers fruit for eternal life, that both he who sows and he who reaps may rejoice together.

Truly, truly, I say to you, Unless a grain of wheat falls into the ground and dies, it remains alone; but if it dies, it brings forth much fruit.

You did not choose Me, but I chose you and appointed you that you should go and bear fruit, and that your fruit should remain, that whatever you ask the Father in My name He may give you.

which has come to you, as in all the world, and is bearing fruit, as it is also among you, since the day you heard and knew the grace of God in truth;

Not that I seek the gift, but I seek the fruit that abounds to your account.

For I will not dare to speak of anything which Christ has not accomplished through me, unto the obedience of the Gentiles in word and deed;

And so I have striven to preach the gospel, not where Christ was named, so that I should not build on another man's foundation,

And when they had come and gathered the church together, they reported all that God had done with them, and that He had opened the door of faith to the Gentiles.

Then all the multitude kept silent and listened to Barnabas and Paul recounting how many signs and wonders God had worked through them among the Gentiles.

And when he had greeted them, he related one by one the things which God had worked among the Gentiles through his ministry.

If I am not an apostle to others, yet at least I am to you. For you are the seal of my apostleship in the Lord.

Now thanks be to God who always leads us in triumph in Christ, and through us manifests the aroma of His knowledge in every place.

We, however, will not boast beyond measure, but according to the measure of the rule which God distributed to us; a measure which reaches even unto you.

not boasting of things beyond measure, that is, in other men's labors, but having hope, that as your faith is growing, according to our rule, being greatly enlarged to overflowing,

For they themselves declare concerning us what manner of entry we had to you, and how you turned to God from idols to serve the living and true God,

and to wait for His Son from Heaven, whom He raised from the dead, even Jesus who delivers us from the coming wrath.

For this reason we also thank God without ceasing, because when you received the Word of God which you heard from us, you welcomed it not as the word of men, but as it is in truth, the Word of God, which also effectively works in you who believe.

For you, brethren, became imitators of the churches of God which are in Judea in Christ Jesus. For you also suffered the same things from your own countrymen, just as they did from the Judeans,

But the Lord stood with me and strengthened me, so that the preaching of the message might be fulfilled through me, and that all the Gentiles might hear. And I was delivered out of the mouth of the lion.
