But now no longer having a place in these regions, and having a great desire these many years to come to you,

that I may come to you with joy through the will of God, and may be refreshed together with you.

But the manifestation is given through the Spirit to each one for the profit of all:

to another faith by the same Spirit, to another gifts of healing by the same Spirit,

But the one and the same Spirit works all these things, distributing to each one individually as He wills.

For if he who comes preaches another Jesus whom we have not preached, or if you receive a different spirit which you have not received, or a different gospel which you have not accepted; you may well put up with it.

This only I want to learn from you: Did you receive the Spirit by the works of the Law, or by the hearing of faith?

Have you suffered so many things in vain; if indeed it was in vain?

Therefore He says: When He ascended on high, He led captive the captives, and gave gifts to men.

He who descended is also the One who ascended far above all the heavens, that He might fill all things.)

for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the building up of the body of Christ,

Now to Him who is able to establish you according to my gospel and the preaching of Jesus Christ, according to the revelation of the mystery kept silent since the world began,

so that He may establish your hearts blameless in holiness before our God and Father at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ with all His saints.

encourage your hearts and establish you in every good word and work.

But the Lord is faithful, who will establish you and guard you from the evil.

Do not be carried about with various and strange doctrines. For it is good that the heart be established by grace, not with foods which have not profited those who have been occupied with them.

But may the God of all grace, who called us to His eternal glory in Christ Jesus, after you have suffered a while, perfect, establish, strengthen, and settle you.

By Silvanus, our faithful brother as I consider him, I have written to you briefly, exhorting and testifying that this is the true grace of God in which you stand.

For this reason I will not be negligent to always remind you of these things, though you know and are established in the present truth.

You therefore, beloved, since you know this beforehand, beware also that you not be led away with the error of the wicked, and fall from your own steadfastness.

But grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To Him be the glory both now and forever. Amen.
