Now when they had gone through Phrygia and the region of Galatia, they were forbidden by the Holy Spirit to preach the Word in Asia.

Now concerning the collection for the saints, as I have given orders to the churches of Galatia, so also you do:

and all the brethren who are with me, to the churches of Galatia:

And my trial which was in my flesh you did not despise or reject, but you received me as an angel of God, even as Christ Jesus.

strengthening the souls of the disciples, exhorting them to continue in the faith, and that we must enter the kingdom of God through many afflictions.

And Judas and Silas, themselves being prophets also, exhorted and strengthened the brethren with many words.

And he went through Syria and Cilicia, strengthening the churches.

So they went out of the prison and entered the house of Lydia; and when they had seen the brethren, they encouraged them and departed.

But commission Joshua, and encourage him and make him bold; for he shall go over before this people, and he shall cause them to inherit the land which you shall see.

and all those who were around them, encouraged their hands with articles of silver and gold, with goods and livestock, and with precious things, besides all that was willingly offered.

Make the weak hands strong, and make the feeble knees secure.

Say to those of anxious heart, Be strong, fear not! Behold, your God will come with vengeance, with the recompense of God. He will come and save you.

And I, in the first year of Darius the Mede, I stood to strengthen and protect him.)

But I have prayed for you, that your faith does not fail; and when you have returned, strengthen your brethren.

Then an angel appeared to Him from Heaven, strengthening Him.

and sent Timothy, our brother and minister of God, and our fellow laborer in the gospel of Christ, to establish you and encourage you concerning your faith,

Therefore encourage one another with these words.

Now we exhort you, brethren, warn those who are unruly, comfort the faint-hearted, uphold the weak, be longsuffering towards all.

Therefore lift up the hands which hang down, and the feeble knees,

and make straight paths for your feet, so that what is lame may not be turned aside, but rather be healed.
