Then Jews from Antioch and Iconium came there; and having persuaded the multitudes, they stoned Paul and dragged him out of the city, supposing him to have died.

And when they had preached the gospel to that city and made many disciples, they returned to Lystra, Iconium, and Antioch,

So when they had appointed elders in every church, and prayed with fasting, they committed them to the Lord into whom they believed.

And when they arrived in Salamis, they preached the Word of God in the synagogues of the Jews. They also had John as their assistant.

And on the Sabbath day we went out of the city to the riverside, where prayer was customarily made; and we sat down and spoke to the women who assembled there.

And Paul, as his custom was, went in to them, and for three Sabbaths reasoned with them from the Scriptures,

And he reasoned in the synagogue every Sabbath, and persuaded both Jews and Greeks.

And he went into the synagogue and spoke boldly for three months, reasoning and persuading concerning the things of the kingdom of God.
