Nicodemus said to Him, How can a man be born when he is old? He is not able to enter a second time into his mother's womb and be born?

Nicodemus answered and said to Him, How can these things be?

The Jews then murmured about Him, because He said, I am the Bread coming down out of Heaven.

The Jews therefore argued among themselves, saying, How can this Man give us His flesh to eat?

Therefore many of His disciples, when they heard this, said, This is a hard saying; who is able to hear it?

The people answered Him, We have heard out of the Law that the Christ remains forever; and how can You say, The Son of Man must be lifted up? Who is this Son of Man?

Then His disciples said among themselves, What is this that He says to us, A little while, and you do not see Me; and again a little while, and you will see Me; and, because I go to the Father?

They said therefore, What is this that He says, A little while? We do not understand what He says.

You will seek Me and not find Me, and where I am you are not able to come.

But the natural man does not receive the things of the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him; and he is not able to know them, because they are spiritually discerned.
