Jesus answered and said to him, Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born from above, he is not able to see the kingdom of God.

No one has ascended to Heaven but He who came down from Heaven, that is, the Son of Man who is in Heaven.

And what He has seen and heard, this He testifies; and no one receives His testimony.

For He whom God has sent speaks the Words of God, for God does not give the Spirit by measure.

No one has seen God at any time. The only begotten Son, who is in the bosom of the Father, He has declared Him.

Jesus answered them and said, My doctrine is not Mine, but His who sent Me.

Jesus answered and said to them, Even if I bear witness of Myself, My testimony is true, for I know where I came from and where I am going; but you do not know where I come from and where I am going.

Then Jesus said to them, When you lift up the Son of Man, then you will know that I AM, and that I do nothing of Myself; but as My Father taught Me, I speak these things.

And He who sent Me is with Me. The Father has not left Me alone, for I always do those things that please Him.

I speak what I have seen with My Father, and you do what you have seen with your father.

For I do not speak from Myself; but the Father who sent Me gives Me orders, what I should say and what I should speak.

He who does not love Me does not keep My words; and the Word which you hear is not Mine but the Father's who sent Me.

Behold, I have given him as a witness to the people, a leader and commander of people.

All things have been delivered to Me by My Father, and no one knows the Son except the Father. Nor does anyone know the Father except the Son, and the one to whom the Son wills to reveal Him.

That which was from the beginning, which we have heard, which we have seen with our eyes, which we have looked upon, and our hands have handled, concerning the Word of Life;

This is He who came through water and blood; Jesus Christ; not only by water, but by water and blood. And it is the Spirit who bears witness, because the Spirit is truth.

And there are three that bear witness on earth: the Spirit, the water, and the blood; and the three are into one.

He who believes in the Son of God has the testimony in himself; he who does not believe God has made Him a liar, because he has not believed the testimony that God has given concerning His Son.

He who has the Son has life; he who does not have the Son of God does not have life.

and from Jesus Christ, the Faithful Witness, the Firstborn out from the dead, and the Ruler over the kings of the earth; to Him who loved us and washed us from our sins in His own blood,

And to the angel of the church of the Laodiceans write, These things says the Amen, the Faithful and True Witness, the Beginning of the creation of God:

And what He has seen and heard, this He testifies; and no one receives His testimony.

He came to His own, and His own did not receive Him.

If I bear witness concerning Myself, My testimony is not true.

You have sent to John, and he has testified to the truth.

He was the burning and shining lamp, and you were willing for a time to rejoice in his light.

And the Father Himself, who sent Me, has testified of Me. You have neither heard His voice at any time, nor seen His form.

You search the Scriptures, for in them you think you have eternal life; and these are they which bear witness of Me.

But although He had done so many signs before them, they did not believe into Him,

that the word of Isaiah the prophet might be fulfilled, which he spoke: Lord, who has believed our report? And to whom has the arm of the Lord been revealed?

Why, when I came, was no one here? I called and no one answered. Is My hand shortened at all so that it cannot redeem? Or have I no power to deliver? Behold, at My rebuke I dry up the sea, I make the rivers a wilderness; their fish stink, because there is no water, and die of thirst.

Who has believed Our report? And to whom has the arm of Jehovah been revealed?

I have spread out My hands all the day to a rebellious people who walk in a way that is not good, after their own thoughts;

O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, the one who kills the prophets and stones those who are sent to her, how often I wanted to gather your children together, as a hen gathers her chicks under her wings, but you were not willing!

and saw Him saying to me, Make haste and get out of Jerusalem quickly, for they will not receive your testimony concerning Me.

So when they had appointed him a day, many came to him at his lodging, to whom he explained and testified of the kingdom of God, persuading them concerning Jesus from both the Law of Moses and the Prophets, from morning till evening.

So when they did not agree among themselves, they were dismissed after Paul had said one word: The Holy Spirit spoke rightly through Isaiah the prophet to our fathers,

for the heart of this people has grown dull. Their ears are hard of hearing, and their eyes they have closed, that they should not see with their eyes nor hear with their ears, that they should not understand with their hearts and turn, and I should heal them.

whose minds the god of this age has blinded, who do not believe, so that the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God, should not shine on them.
