But this He spoke concerning the Spirit, whom those believing into Him were about to receive; for the Holy Spirit was not yet given, because Jesus was not yet glorified.

When Jesus heard that, He said, This sickness is not unto death, but for the glory of God, that the Son of God may be glorified through it.

But Jesus answered them, saying, The hour has come that the Son of Man should be glorified.

He will glorify Me, for He will receive from what is Mine and make it known to you.

having predestined us to adoption as sons by Jesus Christ to Himself, according to the good pleasure of His will,

In Him we have redemption through His blood, the remission of sins, according to the riches of His grace

that in the ages to come He might display the exceeding riches of His grace in His kindness toward us in Christ Jesus.

to the intent that now the manifold wisdom of God might be made known through the church to the rulers and authorities in the heavenlies,

and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

who through Him believe in God, who raised Him from the dead and gave Him glory, so that your faith and hope might be in God.

If anyone speaks, let him speak as the words of God. If anyone ministers, let him do it as with the strength which God supplies, that in all things God may be glorified through Jesus Christ, to whom is the glory and might forever and ever. Amen.
