Now a great many of the Jews knew that He was there; and they came, not because of Jesus only, but that they might also see Lazarus, whom He had raised from the dead.

Then the Jews who were with her in the house, and comforting her, when they saw that Mary rose up quickly and went out, followed her, saying, She is going to the tomb to weep there.

Then many of the Jews who had come to Mary, and had seen the things Jesus did, believed into Him.

But some of them went away to the Pharisees and told them what Jesus had done.

Men shall speak of the might of Your awesome acts, and I will declare Your greatness.

They shall pour forth the memory of Your great goodness, and shall shout of Your righteousness.

Now this is the testimony of John, when the Jews sent priests and Levites from Jerusalem to ask him, Who are you?

And John bore witness, saying, I saw the Spirit descending out of Heaven like a dove, and He abode upon Him.

And I have seen and borne witness that this is the Son of God.

He was the burning and shining lamp, and you were willing for a time to rejoice in his light.

And the Father Himself, who sent Me, has testified of Me. You have neither heard His voice at any time, nor seen His form.

You search the Scriptures, for in them you think you have eternal life; and these are they which bear witness of Me.

The Pharisees therefore said to Him, You bear witness of Yourself; Your testimony is not true.

Jesus answered and said to them, Even if I bear witness of Myself, My testimony is true, for I know where I came from and where I am going; but you do not know where I come from and where I am going.

But when the Helper comes, whom I shall send to you from the Father, the Spirit of Truth who proceeds from the Father, He will bear witness concerning Me.

And you also will bear witness, because you are with Me from the beginning.

And he who has seen has borne witness, and his testimony is true; and he knows that he speaks the truth, so that you may believe.

This is the disciple who bears witness concerning these things, and writes these things; and we know that his testimony is true.

beginning from the immersion of John until the day when He was taken up from us, it is necessary for one of these to become a witness with us of His resurrection.

And we are His witnesses of these things, and so also is the Holy Spirit whom God has given to those who obey Him.

If we receive the testimony of men, the testimony of God is greater; for this is the testimony of God which He has witnessed about His Son.

And this is the testimony: that God has given us eternal life, and this life is in His Son.

who bears witness to the Word of God, and to the testimony of Jesus Christ, to all things that he saw.
