Say to those of anxious heart, Be strong, fear not! Behold, your God will come with vengeance, with the recompense of God. He will come and save you.

Then the eyes of the blind shall be opened, and the ears of the deaf shall be unstopped.

You, who brings good tidings to Zion, go up onto the high mountain. Lift up your voice with strength, you who brings good tidings to Jerusalem, lift it up, be not afraid. Say unto the cities of Judah, Behold your God!

In that day it shall be said to Jerusalem: Fear not, Zion. Do not let your hands be weak.
