Now it came to pass in those days that He went out into the mountain to pray, and continued all night in prayer to God.

And when He had sent the multitudes away, He went up into the mountain by Himself to pray. And when evening came, He was there alone.

And in the morning, having risen a long while before daylight, He went out and departed to a solitary place; and there prayed.

And Simon and those who were with Him followed after Him.

And when He had sent them away, He departed into the mountain to pray.

Therefore when Jesus perceived that they were about to come and take Him by force to make Him king, He withdrew again to the mountain by Himself alone.
