And he said, No, father Abraham; but if one goes to them from the dead, they will repent.

And the king said to her, Do not be afraid. What have you seen? And the woman said to Saul, I have seen a god-like one ascending out of the earth.

fear and trembling befell me, which made all my bones dread.

It stood still, but I could not discern its appearance. A form was before my eyes in silence; then I heard a voice saying:

And when the disciples saw Him walking on the sea, they were troubled, saying, It is a ghost! And they cried out for fear.

But immediately Jesus spoke to them, saying, Be of good courage! It is I. Do not be afraid.

And when they saw Him walking on the sea, they supposed it was a ghost, and cried out;

for they all saw Him and were troubled. But immediately He talked with them and said to them, Be of good courage. It is I; do not be afraid.

But they said to her, You are beside yourself. Yet she kept insisting that it was so. So they said, It is his angel.
