And Jesus, moved with compassion, stretched out His hand and touched him, and said to him, I am willing; be made clean.

However, Jesus did not permit him, but said to him, Go home to your friends, and tell them what great things the Lord has done for you, and how He has had compassion on you.

And Jesus, when He came out, saw a great multitude and was moved with compassion for them, because they were like sheep not having a shepherd. So He began to teach them many things.

And often he has thrown him both into the fire and into the water to destroy him. But if You are able to do anything, have compassion on us and help us.

As a father has compassion on his children, so Jehovah has compassion on those who fear Him.

Jehovah is gracious and full of compassion, slow to anger and great in kindness.

The eyes of all wait upon You, and You give them their food in due season.

He will return and have compassion on us; He will subdue our iniquities. And You will cast all their sins into the depths of the sea.

But when He saw the multitudes, He was moved with compassion for them, because they were weary and scattered, like sheep having no shepherd.

And when Jesus went out He saw a great multitude; and He was moved with compassion for them, and healed their sick.

So Jesus had compassion and touched their eyes. And immediately their eyes received sight, and they followed Him.

For we do not have a High Priest who cannot sympathize with our weaknesses, but was in all points tempted as we are, yet without sin.

He can have compassion on those who are ignorant and going astray, since he himself is also encompassed by weakness.

And when He had fasted forty days and forty nights, afterward He was hungry.

But He answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every Word that comes forth from the mouth of God.

For after all these things the Gentiles seek. For your Heavenly Father knows that you need all these things.

But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Now Jacob's well was there. Jesus therefore, being wearied from His journey, sat thus by the well. It was about the sixth hour.

For His disciples had gone away into the city to buy food.

Then they went out of the city and came to Him.

But He said to them, I have food to eat of which you do not know.

Jesus said to them, My food is to do the will of Him who sent Me, and to finish His work.
