I know also, my God, that You examine the heart and take pleasure in uprightness. As for me, in the uprightness of my heart I have willingly offered all these things; and now with joy I have seen Your people who are found here, to offer willingly to You.

But Jesus, knowing their thoughts, said, Why do you think evil in your hearts?

But knowing their thoughts, answering, Jesus said to them, Why are you reasoning in your hearts?

But He knew their thoughts, and said to the man who had the withered hand, Arise and stand in the middle. And he arose and stood.

Now when the Pharisee who had invited Him saw this, he spoke within himself, saying, This man, if He were a prophet, would know who and what manner of woman this is who is touching Him, for she is a sinner.

And Jesus answered and said to him, Simon, I have something to say to you. So he said, Teacher, speak.

But Jesus did not commit Himself to them, because He knew everyone,

and had no need that anyone should bear witness of man, for He knew what was in man.

But there are some of you who do not believe. For Jesus knew from the beginning who they were who were not believing, and who would betray Him.

He said to him the third time, Simon, son of Jonah, are you deeply fond of Me? Peter was grieved because He said to him the third time, Are you deeply fond of Me? And he said to Him, Lord, You discern all things; You know that I am deeply fond of You. Jesus said to him, Feed My sheep.

And there is no creature that is not revealed in His presence, but all things are naked and laid bare to the eyes of Him to whom we must give answer.

And I will kill her children with death, and all the churches shall know that I am He who searches the inner thoughts and hearts. And I will give to each one of you according to your works.

For from within, out of the heart of men, proceed evil thoughts, adulteries, sexual perversions, murders,

You know my sitting down and my rising up; You understand my thoughts afar off.

The thoughts of the wicked are an abomination to Jehovah, but the words of the pure are pleasant.

The wicked devices of foolishness is sin; and the scorner is an abomination to men.

Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts; and let him return to Jehovah, and He will have mercy on him; and to our God, for He will abundantly pardon.

Thus says the Lord Jehovah: On that day it shall come to pass that thoughts will arise in your mind, and you will devise an evil plan.

And He said to them, Why are you troubled? And why do reasonings arise in your hearts?

But Peter said, Ananias, why has Satan filled your heart to lie to the Holy Spirit and keep back part of the proceeds of the land for yourself?

Repent therefore of this your wickedness, and pray God if perhaps the thought of your heart may be forgiven you.
