And these wineskins which we filled were new, and behold, they are torn; and these our garments and our sandals have become old because of the very long journey.

Behold, my belly is like wine that has no vent; it is about to split open like new wineskins.

Let my heart be whole regarding Your Statutes, that I may not be ashamed.

For I have become like a wineskin in smoke, yet I do not forget Your Statutes.

Nor do they put new wine into old wineskins, or else the wineskins break, the wine is spilled, and the wineskins are ruined. But they put new wine into new wineskins, and both are preserved.

And no one puts new wine into old wineskins, or else the new wine will burst the wineskins and be spilled, and the wineskins will be ruined.

But new wine must be put into new wineskins, and both are preserved.
