And they all forsook Him and fled.

Now as Peter was below in the courtyard, one of the servant girls of the high priest came.

But he denied it, saying, I neither know nor understand what you are saying. And he went out on the porch, and a rooster crowed.

And he denied it again. And a little later those who stood by said to Peter again, Surely you are one of them; for you are a Galilean, and your speech agrees.

And a second time the rooster crowed. And Peter remembered the word that Jesus had said to him, Before the rooster crows twice, you will deny Me three times. And when he thought on it, he wept.

And go quickly and tell His disciples that He is risen from the dead, and behold He is going before you into Galilee; there you will see Him. Behold, I have told you.

so that, on the contrary, you ought rather to forgive and encourage him, lest perhaps such a one be swallowed up with too much sorrow.

And Jesus said to them, Do not be afraid. Go and tell My brethren to go to Galilee, and there they will see Me.

Then the eleven disciples went away into Galilee, to the mountain where Jesus had appointed them.

And when they saw Him, they did homage to Him; but some doubted.

After these things Jesus showed Himself again to the disciples at the Sea of Tiberias, and in this way He showed Himself:

He was seen for many days by those who came up with Him from Galilee to Jerusalem, who are His witnesses to the people.

and that He was seen by Cephas, then by the twelve.
