Now it came to pass, as He was praying in a certain place, when He ceased, that one of His disciples said to Him, Lord, teach us to pray, as John also taught his disciples.

So He said to them, When you pray, say: Our Father in Heaven, Holy is Your name. Your kingdom come. Your will be done on earth as it is in Heaven.

Take heed that you do not do your deeds of mercy before men, to be seen by them. Otherwise you have no reward from your Father in Heaven.

But you, when you pray, go into your room, and when you have shut your door, pray to your Father who is in secret; and your Father who sees in secret will reward you openly.

For if you forgive men their trespasses, your Heavenly Father will also forgive you.

Let your light so shine before men, so that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in Heaven.

Therefore you shall be perfect, just as your Father in Heaven is perfect.

If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father in Heaven give good things to those who ask Him!

Are not two sparrows sold for a copper coin? And not one of them shall fall to the ground without your Father.

But I say to you, I will not at all drink of this fruit of the vine from now on until that day when I drink it new with you in My Father's kingdom.

Again, a second time, He went away and prayed, saying, O My Father, if this cup cannot pass away from Me unless I drink it, Your will be done.

Indeed, You are our Father, though Abraham does not know us, and Israel does not acknowledge us. You, O Jehovah, are our Father, our Redeemer; Your name is from everlasting.

But now, O Jehovah, You are our Father; we are the clay, and You are the One who forms us; and we all are the work of Your hand.

I will arise and go to my father, and will say to him, Father, I have sinned against Heaven and before you,

And the son said to him, Father, I have sinned against Heaven and in your sight, and am no longer worthy to be called your son.

Jesus said to her, Do not cling to Me, for I have not yet ascended to My Father; but go to My brethren and say to them, I am ascending to My Father and your Father, and to My God and your God.

to all who are in Rome, beloved of God, called saints: Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.

For you did not receive a spirit of bondage again to fear, but you received the Spirit of adoption by whom we cry out, Abba, Father.

Paul, an apostle (not from men nor through man, but through Jesus Christ and God the Father who raised Him from the dead),

And because you are sons, God has sent forth the Spirit of His Son into your hearts, crying out, Abba, Father!

And if you call on the Father, who without partiality judges according to each one's work, behave yourselves throughout the time of your sojourning in fear;

Do not call anyone on earth your father; for One is your Father, He who is in Heaven.

and said: O Jehovah the God of our fathers, are You not God in Heaven, and do You not rule over all the kingdoms of the nations, and in Your hand is there not power and might, so that no one is able to withstand You?

But our God is in Heaven; He has done whatever He pleased.

For thus says the high and lofty One who inhabits eternity, whose name is Holy: I dwell in the high and consecrated place, even with the contrite and humble spirit, to revive the spirit of the humble, and to revive the heart of the contrite ones.

Thus says Jehovah, Heaven is My throne, and earth My footstool. Where, then, is the house that you would build for Me? And where is the place of My rest?

And Moses said to Aaron, This is what Jehovah has spoken, saying: By those who come near Me I will be honored as holy, and before all the people I will be glorified. And Aaron kept still.

And let Your name be magnified forever, saying, Jehovah of Hosts is the God over Israel. And let the house of Your servant David be established before You.

hear in Heaven Your dwelling place, and do according to all for which the foreigner calls upon You, that all peoples of the earth may know Your name to fear You, as do Your people Israel, and that they may know that this house which I have built is called by Your name.

Let it even be established, that Your name may be magnified forever, saying, Jehovah of Hosts, the God of Israel, God to Israel. And let the house of Your servant David be established before You.

And the Levites, Jeshua, Kadmiel, Bani, Hashabniah, Sherebiah, Hodijah, Shebaniah, and Pethahiah, said: Stand up and bless Jehovah your God forever and ever! Blessed is Your glorious name, which is exalted above all blessing and praise!

Blessed is Jehovah God, the God of Israel, who alone does wondrous things.

He has sent redemption to His people; He has commanded His covenant forever; holy and awesome is His name.

And one cried to another, and said, Holy, holy, holy, is Jehovah of Hosts; the whole earth full of His glory!

Now therefore, O Jehovah our God, save us from his hand, so that all the kingdoms of the earth may know that You are Jehovah, You alone.

And I will sanctify My great name, which has been profaned among the nations, which you have profaned in their midst; and the nations shall know that I am Jehovah, says the Lord Jehovah, when I am sanctified in you before their eyes.

Thus I will magnify Myself and sanctify Myself, and I will be known in the eyes of many nations. And they shall know that I am Jehovah.

For the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the glory of Jehovah, as the waters cover the sea.

And Jehovah shall be King over all the earth. In that day there shall be one Jehovah, and His name one.

For from the east to the west, My name shall be great among the nations, and everywhere incense shall be offered to My name; and a pure food offering; for My name shall be great among the nations, says Jehovah of Hosts.

Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, goodwill among men!

So He said to them, When you pray, say: Our Father in Heaven, Holy is Your name. Your kingdom come. Your will be done on earth as it is in Heaven.

who alone has immortality, dwelling in unapproachable light, whom no man has seen or can see, to whom be honor and eternal power. Amen.

You are worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honor and power; for You created all things, and through Your will they exist and were created.

saying with a loud voice: Worthy is the Lamb who was slain to receive power and riches and wisdom, and strength and honor and glory and blessing!
