And when you go into a house, greet it.

For if you love those who love you, what thanks is there to you? For even sinners love those who love them.

Carry neither money bag, knapsack, nor sandals; and greet no one along the road.

And whatever house you enter, first say, Peace to this house.

For I say to you, that unless your righteousness exceeds that of the scribes and Pharisees, you will by no means enter the kingdom of Heaven.

For what praise is it if, when you are beaten for your faults, you endure it patiently? But when you do good and suffer, if you endure it patiently, this is favorable with God.
