And behold a voice out of heaven, saying, This is My beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.

Therefore still having one son, his beloved, he also sent him to them last, saying, They will reverence my son.

Then the owner of the vineyard said, What shall I do? I will send my beloved son. Perhaps they will respect him when they see him.

No one has seen God at any time. The only begotten Son, who is in the bosom of the Father, He has declared Him.

And I have seen and borne witness that this is the Son of God.

For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that everyone believing into Him should not perish but have eternal life.

The Father loves the Son, and has given all things into His hand.

The one believing into the Son has eternal life; but the one disobeying the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of God abides on him.

God, Who at various times and in various ways spoke in times past to the fathers by the prophets,

has in these last days spoken to us by His Son, Whom He has appointed heir of all things, through Whom also He made the worlds;

What more could have been done to my vineyard that I have not done in it? Why then, when I looked for it to yield grapes, did it yield rotten grapes?

It may be that the house of Judah will hear all the evil which I plan to do to them, that they may turn, each man, from his evil way, so that I may forgive their iniquity and their sin.

I said, Surely you will fear Me; you will receive instruction; so that her dwelling should not be cut off, all that I appointed for her. But they rose up early; they corrupted all their doings.
