Rivers of water run down from my eyes, because they do not keep Your Law.

I have seen the treacherous, and am filled with loathing, because they have not kept Your Word.

I speak in dishonor, as though we had been weak. But in whatever anyone is bold (I speak foolishly), I am bold also.

Remember the prisoners as if bound with them; and those who are mistreated, as also being in the body, yourselves.

Obey those in authority over you, and be submissive, for they watch out for your souls, as those who must give account. Let them do so with joy and not with grief, for that would be unprofitable for you.
