Hear another parable: There was a certain landowner who planted a vineyard and set a hedge around it, dug a winepress in it and built a tower. And he leased it to vinedressers and went into a far country.

And Samson said to them, Let me propound a riddle to you. If you expound to declare it to me within the seven days of the feast, then I will give you thirty linen garments and thirty changes of clothing.

But if you are not able to declare it to me, then you shall give me thirty linen garments and thirty changes of clothing. And they said to him, Propound your riddle, that we may hear it.

For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, there a little;

But the Word of Jehovah was to them, Precept upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, there a little; that they might go and fall backward, and be broken and snared and caught.

Son of man, propound a riddle, and speak a parable to the house of Israel,

Another parable He spoke to them: The kingdom of Heaven is like leaven, which a woman took and hid in three measures of meal till the whole was leavened.

Again, the kingdom of Heaven is like treasure hidden in a field, which a man found and hid; and for joy over it he goes and sells everything he has and buys that field.

Again, the kingdom of Heaven is like a merchant seeking beautiful pearls,

Again, the kingdom of Heaven is like a dragnet that was cast into the sea and gathered some of every kind,

and saying, Repent, for the kingdom of Heaven has drawn near!

For the kingdom of Heaven is like a landowner who went out early in the morning to hire laborers for his vineyard.

The kingdom of Heaven is like a certain king who made a wedding feast for his son,

Then the kingdom of Heaven shall be likened to ten virgins who took their lamps and went out to meet the bridegroom.

And He said, To what shall we liken the kingdom of God? Or with what parable shall we compare it?

Then He said, What is the kingdom of God like? And to what shall I compare it?

And again He said, To what shall I compare the kingdom of God?

When anyone hears the Word of the kingdom, and does not understand it, then the wicked one comes and snatches away what was sown in his heart. This is that which was sown by the wayside.

He answered and said to them: He who sows the good seed is the Son of Man.

And Jesus went around all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing every disease and every infirmity among the people.

because of the hope being laid up for you in Heaven, of which you heard before in the Word of the Truth of the gospel,

having been born again, not of corruptible seed but incorruptible, through the Word of God which lives and abides forever,
