For they are wholly given to Me from among the sons of Israel; I have taken them for Myself instead of all who open the womb, the firstborn of all the sons of Israel.

For every firstborn among the sons of Israel is Mine, both man and beast; on the day that I struck all the firstborn in the land of Egypt I consecrated them to Myself.

Everything that opens the womb of all flesh, which they bring unto Jehovah, whether man or beast, shall be yours; nevertheless the firstborn of man you shall ransom to redeem, and the firstborn of unclean animals you shall redeem.

Consecrate unto Me every firstborn, whatever opens the womb among the children of Israel, both of man and beast; it is Mine.

that you shall devote unto Jehovah all that open the womb: every firstborn offspring from an animal which you have; the males belong to Jehovah.

You shall not delay to offer the first of your ripe produce and your juices. The firstborn of your sons you shall give unto Me.

Everything that opens the womb is Mine, and every male firstborn among your livestock, whether ox or sheep.

But the firstborn of the beasts, which is the firstborn unto Jehovah, no man shall consecrate; whether ox or sheep: it is already Jehovah's.

The first of all the firstfruits of all things, and every sacrifice of any kind from all your sacrifices, shall be for the priests; you shall also give to the priest the first of your ground meal, to cause a blessing to rest on your house.

(as it is written in the Law of the Lord, Every male who opens the womb shall be called holy to the Lord),

to the gathering and assembly of the firstborn who are registered in Heaven, to God the Judge of all, to the spirits of just men made complete,

And it came to pass at midnight that Jehovah struck every firstborn in the land of Egypt, from the firstborn of Pharaoh who sat on his throne to the firstborn of the captive who was in the prison house, and every firstborn of livestock.

And Pharaoh arose in the night, he, all his servants, and all the Egyptians; and there was a great outcry in Egypt, for there was not a house where there was not one who died.

And it came to pass, when Pharaoh was stubborn about letting us go, that Jehovah killed every firstborn in the land of Egypt, both the firstborn of man and the firstborn of beast. Therefore I sacrifice unto Jehovah every male that opens the womb, but every firstborn of my sons I redeem.
