Let nations serve you, and people bow down to you. Be lord over your brethren, and let your mother's sons bow down to you. Cursed is everyone who curses you, and blessed be those who bless you!

By your sword you shall live, and you shall serve your brother; and it shall come to pass, when you become restless, that you shall break his yoke from your neck.

He also put garrisons in Edom; throughout all Edom he put garrisons, and all the Edomites became David's servants. And Jehovah gave victory to David wherever he went.

Moab is My washpot; over Edom will I cast off My shoe; Philistia, shout in triumph.

Have not You, O God, cast us off? And will not You, O God, go out with our armies?

Through God we shall do mightily; for it is He who will trample our enemies.

For My sword is drenched in the heavens. Behold, it shall come down upon Edom, and upon the people of My curse, for judgment.

Who is this who comes from Edom, with dyed garments from Bozrah, this One adorned in His apparel, flexing His great strength? I who speak in righteousness, mighty to save.

so that they may possess the remnant of Edom, and all the nations who are called by My name, declares Jehovah who does this.
