And I will come down and speak with you there. And I will take of the Spirit that is upon you and will lay upon them; and they shall bear the burden of the people with you, that you not bear it yourself alone.

And Jehovah came down in the pillar of the cloud and stood in the door of the tent, and summoned Aaron and Miriam; and they both went forward.

And Jehovah descended in the cloud and stood with him there, and proclaimed the name of Jehovah.

For the cloud of Jehovah was on the tabernacle by day, and fire was on it by night, in the eyes of all the house of Israel, throughout all their journeys.

He spoke to them in the cloudy pillar; they kept His testimonies and the statutes He gave them.

While he was saying this, a cloud came and overshadowed them; and they feared as they entered into the cloud.

And a voice came out of the cloud, saying, This is My beloved Son. Hear Him.

And when the sons of the prophets from Jericho saw him, they said, The spirit of Elijah rests upon Elisha. And they came to meet him, and bowed to the ground before him.

Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and comes down from the Father of Lights, with whom there is no change or shadow of turning.

After that you shall come to the hill of God where the Philistine garrison is. And it will happen, when you have come there to the city, that you will meet a group of prophets coming down from the high place with a lute, a tambourine, a flute, and a harp before them; and they will be prophesying.

And the Spirit of Jehovah will rush upon you, and you will prophesy with them and be turned into another man.

And it shall come to pass in the last days, says God, That I will pour out from My Spirit upon all flesh; your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your young men shall see visions, your old men shall dream dreams.

And on My menservants and on My maidservants I will pour out My Spirit in those days; and they shall prophesy.

Then one of them, named Agabus, stood up and gave a sign through the Spirit that there was going to be a great famine throughout all the world, which also happened in the days of Claudius Caesar.

Now this man had four virgin daughters who prophesied.

Every man praying or prophesying, having anything down over his head, dishonors his head.

Pursue love, and be zealous over spiritual matters, but rather that you may prophesy.

But he who prophesies speaks to men for building up and exhortation and comfort.

for prophecy was not formerly brought forth by man's choice, but holy men of God spoke as they were propelled along by the Holy Spirit.
