For My thoughts are not your thoughts, nor are your ways My ways, says Jehovah.

For I know the thoughts which I am planning for you, says Jehovah; thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.

Oh, the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God! How unsearchable are His judgments and His ways past finding out!

For who has known the mind of the Lord? Or who has become His counselor?

O my threshing, and the grain of my floor! That which I have heard from Jehovah of Hosts, the God of Israel, I have declared to you.

Let the nations be awakened and come up to the Valley of Jehoshaphat. For there I will sit to judge all the nations all around.

Put in the sickle, for the harvest is ripe. Come, go down, for the press is full, the vats overflow, for their wickedness is great.

Behold, the day of Jehovah comes, and your spoils shall be divided in your midst.

And Jehovah shall go forth and fight against those nations, like the day He fought in the day of battle.

His winnowing shovel is in His hand, and He will thoroughly clean out His threshing floor, and gather the wheat into His barn; but the chaff He will burn with unquenchable fire.

And I looked, and behold, a white cloud, and on the cloud sat One like the Son of Man, having on His head a golden crown, and in His hand a sharp sickle.

So He who sat on the cloud thrust in His sickle on the earth, and the earth was reaped.

And another angel came forth out from the altar, who had authority over fire, and he cried with a loud cry to him who had the sharp sickle, saying, Thrust in your sharp sickle and gather the clusters of the vine of the earth, for her grapes are fully ripe.

And the winepress was trampled outside the city, and blood came forth out of the winepress, up to the horses' bridles, by a distance of one thousand six hundred furlongs.
