They shall not make any bald place on their heads, nor shall they shave the corners of their beards nor make any cuttings in their flesh.

One has gone up to the house, even to Dibon, the high places, to weep. Moab shall howl over Nebo, and over Medeba; baldness shall be on all their heads, and every beard cut off.

Both the great and the small shall die in this land. They shall not be buried, nor shall men mourn for them, nor cut themselves, nor make themselves bald for them.

For every head shall be bald, and every beard clipped. On all the hands shall be cuttings, and on the loins sackcloth.

They will also be girded with sackcloth; trembling will cover them; shame will be on every face, and baldness on all their heads.

They shall neither shave their heads nor let their hair grow long; but they shall keep their hair clipped and trimmed.
