And he said to me, O Daniel, a man greatly beloved, understand the words that I speak to you and stand up, for I am now sent to you. And when he had spoken this word to me, I stood, trembling.

And he said to me, Do not fear, Daniel. For from the first day that you set your heart to understand and to humble yourself before your God, your words were heard. And I have come because of your words.

And the men who journeyed with him stood speechless, hearing a sound but seeing no one.

And a voice came to him, Arise, Peter; kill and eat.

Then I turned to see the voice that spoke with me. And having turned I saw seven golden lampstands,

And I saw in the vision, and it happened when I looked that I was at Shushan, the palace, which is in the province of Elam. And in the vision I saw that I was by the Ulai River.

And I, Daniel, looked. And behold, two others stood there, the one on this side, and one on that side of the river's edge.

And I heard the man clothed in linen, who was on the waters of the river, when he held up his right and his left hand to the heavens and swore by Him who lives forever, that it shall be for a time, times, and a half. And when they have made an end of scattering the power of the holy people, all these things shall be finished.

and while I was speaking in prayer, then the man Gabriel, whom I had seen in the vision at the beginning, reached me as I was weary and faint, about the time of the evening sacrifice.

And the angel answered and said to him, I am Gabriel, who stands in the presence of God, and was sent to speak to you and bring you these glad tidings.

Now in the sixth month the angel Gabriel was sent by God to a city of Galilee named Nazareth,

And he informed me and talked with me, and said, O Daniel, I have now come forth to give you skill in understanding.

Now I have come to make you understand what shall happen to your people in the latter days. For the vision is yet for many days.

But I will tell you what is written in the Scripture of Truth. (And no one holds strong with me in these things, except Michael your ruler.

And I heard the man clothed in linen, who was on the waters of the river, when he held up his right and his left hand to the heavens and swore by Him who lives forever, that it shall be for a time, times, and a half. And when they have made an end of scattering the power of the holy people, all these things shall be finished.

Then I said, My lord, what are these? And the angel who spoke with me said to me, I will show you what these are.

and said to him, Run, speak to this young man, saying, Jerusalem will be inhabited like unwalled villages, for the multitude of men and livestock in her midst.

Are they not all ministering spirits sent forth to minister for those who are about to inherit salvation.

I, Jesus, have sent My angel to testify these things to you, to the churches. I am the Root and the Offspring of David, the Bright and Morning Star.
