And I will smash them one against another, even the fathers and the sons together, says Jehovah. I will not pity, nor spare, nor have mercy, but will destroy them.

You shall break them with a rod of iron; You shall dash them in pieces like a potter's vessel.

And He shall break it as the breaking of the potters' vessel that is broken in pieces. He shall not spare, so that there shall not be found in the fragments of it a shard with which to take fire from the hearth, or to take water out of the cistern.

The precious sons of Zion, weighed against refined gold, are counted as earthen vessels, the work of the hands of the potter!

He shall rule them with a rod of iron; they shall be dashed to pieces like the potter's vessels; as I also have received from My Father;

Therefore behold, the days are coming, says Jehovah, that this place shall no more be called Tophet, nor the valley of the son of Hinnom, but The Valley of Slaughter.

They have built the high places of Tophet, which is in the valley of the son of Hinnom, to burn their sons and their daughters in the fire; which I did not command them, nor did it even come into My heart.

Therefore behold, the days are coming, says Jehovah, that it shall no more be called Tophet, nor the valley of the son of Hinnom, but the Valley of Slaughter. For they shall bury in Tophet, until there is no more room.
