Oh, that my words were now written! Oh, that they were inscribed in a book!

That they were forever engraved on a rock with an iron pen and lead!

Let not mercy and truth forsake you; tie them around your neck, write them on the tablet of your heart;

Tie them upon your fingers; write them upon the tablet of your heart.

Clearly you are a letter of Christ, ministered by us, written not with ink but by the Spirit of the living God, not on tablets of stone but in tablets of flesh, that is, of the heart.
