But Abram said to the king of Sodom, I have raised my hand to Jehovah the Most High God, possessor of the heavens and earth,

For I raise My hand to the heavens, and say, As I live forever,

And the angel whom I saw standing on the sea and on the land raised up his hand to Heaven

and swore by Him who lives forever and ever, who created the heavens and the things that are in it, the earth and the things that are in it, and the sea and the things that are in it, that there should be no more time;

And those from among you shall build the old ruins; you shall raise up the foundations of many generations; and you shall be called, The Repairer of the Breach, The Restorer of Paths to Dwell in.

Have You utterly rejected Judah? Has Your soul loathed Zion? Why have You stricken us such that there is no healing for us? We looked for peace, but no good came; and for the time of healing, and behold, terror!

What can I testify for you? To what thing shall I compare you, O daughter of Jerusalem? To what shall I equal you, so that I may comfort you, O virgin daughter of Zion? For your break is great like the sea! Who can heal you?

When Ephraim saw his sickness, and Judah his wound, then Ephraim went to Assyria, and sent to King Jareb. Yet he could not heal you, nor did he cure you of your wound.

Come, and let us return to Jehovah. For He has torn, and He will heal us. He has stricken, and He will bind us up.
