For You are a refuge to the poor, a stronghold to the needy in his distress, a shelter from the storm, a shade from the heat, when the blast of the ruthless ones is like a storm against the wall.

You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You; because he trusts in You.

Trust in Jehovah forever; for in YAH JEHOVAH is everlasting strength.

And not only that, but we also exult in afflictions, knowing that affliction produces perseverance;

And hope does not make ashamed, because the love of God has been poured out in our hearts through the Holy Spirit who was given to us.

For scarcely for a righteous man will one die; yet perhaps for a good man some would even be bold enough to die.

Much more then, having now been justified by His blood, we shall be saved from wrath through Him.

that is, that God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself, not imputing their trespasses to them, and has committed to us the Word of reconciliation.

For He made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him.

and that He might reconcile them both to God in one body through the cross, thereby putting to death the enmity.

And He came and preached peace to you who were afar off and to those who were near.

and by Him making peace through the blood of His cross, by Him to reconcile all things to Himself, whether things on earth or things in the heavens.

And you, who once were alienated and hostile in your mind by wicked works, yet now He has reconciled
