Thus says your Lord, Jehovah, and your God who pleads the case of His people: Behold, I have taken the cup of staggering out of your hand, even the dregs of the cup of My fury; you shall never drink it again.

Nevertheless they shall be his servants, that they may distinguish between My service and the service of the kingdoms of the earth.

And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall set you free.

But now having been set free from sin, and having become slaves to God, you have your fruit unto sanctification, and the end, eternal life.

And in that day you shall say, Praise Jehovah! Call upon His name; declare His doings among the people, make mention that His name is exalted.

and that you not go among these nations, these remaining among you. You shall not make mention of the name of their gods, nor cause anyone to swear by them; you shall not serve them nor bow down to them,

And when a man's uncle shall take him away, and he who burns the bodies, to bring out the bones from the house; and he shall say to the one left in the recesses of the house, Are there any still with you? And he shall say, No. Then he shall say, Keep quiet! For we must not mention the name of Jehovah.

For who makes you differ from another? And what do you have that you did not receive? Now if you did indeed receive it, why do you boast as if you had not received it?

Therefore by Him let us continually offer the sacrifice of praise to God, that is, the fruit of our lips, confessing to His name.
