Wisdom and knowledge shall be the steadfastness of your times, and the strength of salvation; the fear of Jehovah is His treasure.

then you shall understand the fear of Jehovah, and find the knowledge of God.

Then you shall understand righteousness and justice and equity and every good path.

And Jesus increased in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and men.

Does not the ear test words and the mouth taste its food?

For the ear examines words as the palate tastes food.

And this I pray, that your love may abound still more and more in full true knowledge and all discernment,

that you may examine the things that differ, that you may be sincere and without blame unto the day of Christ,

But solid food belongs to those who are of full age, that is, those who by reason of use have their understanding exercised to discern both good and evil.

But Jehovah said to Samuel, Do not look at his appearance nor at the height of his stature, because I have refused him. For man does not see as He sees; for man looks at the outward appearance, but Jehovah looks at the heart.

And your handmaid thought, The word of my lord the king will now be comforting; for as the angel of God, so is my lord the king to discern good and evil. And Jehovah your God be with you.

Therefore give to Your servant an understanding heart to judge Your people, that I may discern between good and evil. For who is able to judge this great people of Yours?

And all Israel heard of the judgment which the king had rendered, and they feared his presence; for they saw that the wisdom of God was in him to execute justice.

Do not judge according to appearance, but judge righteous judgment.

You judge according to the flesh; I judge no one.

And yet if I do judge, My judgment is true; for I am not alone, but I and the Father who sent Me.

These things we also speak, not in words which human wisdom teaches but which the Holy Spirit teaches, comparing spiritual things with spiritual.

But he who is spiritual discerns all things, yet he himself is discerned by no one.

But with me it is a very small thing that I should be judged by you or by a human day in court. In fact, I do not even judge myself.

Therefore judge nothing before the time, until the Lord comes, who will both bring to light the hidden things of darkness and reveal the counsels of the hearts. Then each one's praise will be from God.
