He has made everything beautiful in its time; also He has set eternity in their hearts, so that no man can find out the work that God has made from the beginning to the end.

All this I have proved by wisdom; I said, I will be wise; but it was far from me.

As for that which is far off and exceedingly deep, who can find it out?

As you do not know what is the way of the spirit, nor how the bones grow in the womb of a pregnant woman; even so you do not know the works of God who makes everything.

who does great things, and unsearchable, marvelous things without number:

Can you search and find out God? Can you find out the limits of the Almighty?

Their measure is longer than the earth and broader than the sea.

O Jehovah my God, many are the wonderful works which You have done, and Your thoughts which are toward us; they cannot be recounted to You if I were to declare and speak of them, for they are more than can be numbered.

When I thought deeply in order to understand this, it was troublesome to me,

O Jehovah, how manifold are Your works! In wisdom You have made them all. The earth is full of Your possessions;

I have not learned wisdom, nor the knowledge of the Holy One.

Who has gone up into Heaven, or descended? Who has gathered the wind in His fists? Who has bound the waters in a garment? Who has established all the ends of the earth? What is His name, and what is His Son's name? Surely you know.

Have you not known? Have you not heard, that the eternal God, Jehovah, the Creator of the ends of the earth, does not grow faint nor weary? His understanding is unsearchable.

Oh, the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God! How unsearchable are His judgments and His ways past finding out!
