A faithful man shall abound with blessings, but he who makes haste to be rich shall not be found innocent.

But those who purpose to be rich fall into temptation and a snare, and into many foolish and harmful lusts which plunge people into ruin and destruction.

thefts, covetousness, wickedness, deceit, licentiousness, an evil eye, blasphemy, pride, foolishness.

And Lot lifted up his eyes and saw all the area around Jordan, that it was well watered everywhere (before Jehovah destroyed Sodom and Gomorrah) like the garden of Jehovah, like the land of Egypt as you go toward Zoar.

Abram dwelt in the land of Canaan, and Lot dwelt around the cities, and pitched his tent even as far as Sodom.
