but you shall open your hand, to open unto him and lend, to lend to him sufficient for his need in whatever he is lacking.

Beware that there not be a thought in your wicked heart, saying, The seventh year, the year of release, approaches; and your eye be evil against your needy brother and you give him nothing, and he cry out to Jehovah against you, and it become sin unto you.
