The arrangement of the heart in man, and the answer of the tongue, are from Jehovah.

There are many plans in a man's heart; nevertheless the counsel of Jehovah shall stand.

Man's steps are of Jehovah; how then can a man understand his own way?

There is no wisdom nor understanding nor counsel against Jehovah.

The steps of a good man are ordered by Jehovah, and he delights in His way.

declaring the end from the beginning, and from antiquity things which are not yet done, saying, My counsel shall stand, and I will do all My pleasure;

O Jehovah, I know that the way of man is not in himself; it is not in man who walks to direct his own steps.
