The way of the wicked is as darkness; they do not know at what they stumble.

A haughty look, a proud heart, and the plowing of the wicked are sin.

The way of a guilty man is perverted; but as for the pure, his work is right.

For Jehovah knows the way of the righteous; but the way of the wicked shall perish.

Jehovah opens the eyes of the blind; Jehovah raises those who are bowed down; Jehovah loves the righteous.

Jehovah watches over the sojourners; He relieves the fatherless and widow; but the way of the wicked He turns upside down.

Enter by the narrow gate; for wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction, and there are many entering in through it.

But I sent to you all My servants the prophets, rising early and sending them, saying, Oh, do not do this abominable thing which I hate!

You are of purer eyes than to behold evil, and You are not able to look upon vexation. Why do you look on those who deal deceitfully? Will You be silent when the wicked swallows one more righteous than he?

He who follows after righteousness and mercy finds life, righteousness, and honor.

The way of the just is equity; O Upright One, You weigh the path of the just.

Listen to me, you who pursue righteousness, who seek Jehovah: Look to the rock from which you have been hewn, and to the hole of the pit from which you have been dug.

Listen to me, you who know righteousness, the people in whose heart is My Law; do not fear the reproach of men, nor be afraid of their revilings.

Then we shall know, we who follow on to know Jehovah. His going forth is established as the dawn. And He shall come to us as the rain, as the latter and former rain to the earth.

But you, O man of God, flee these things and pursue righteousness, godliness, faith, love, patience, meekness.

But flee youthful lusts; and pursue righteousness, faith, love, peace with those who call on the Lord out of a pure heart.
