Treasures of wickedness profit nothing, but righteousness delivers from death.

Beware wrath, lest He entice you away to a mocking slap; for a large ransom will not turn it away.

He will not esteem your cry for help, riches, strength or might.

Those who trust in their wealth and boast in the abundance of their riches:

(for the redemption of their soul is precious, and it comes to an end forever),

They will throw their silver into the streets, and their gold will be like filthiness; their silver and their gold will not be able to deliver them in the day of the wrath of Jehovah; they will not satisfy their souls, nor fill their stomachs, because it is the stumbling block of their iniquity.

Their silver and their gold shall not be able to deliver them in the day of the wrath of Jehovah. But all the earth shall be devoured by the fire of His jealousy. For He shall make a complete and speedy end of all those who live in the land.

For what profit is it to a man if he gains the whole world, and loses his own soul? Or what will a man give in exchange for his soul?

But God said to him, Fool! This night your soul will be required of you; then whose will those things be which you have prepared?

In the way of righteousness is life, and in that pathway there is no death.

And Jehovah said to Noah, Come into the ark, you and all your house, for I have seen you as being righteous before Me in this generation.

For if by the one man's offense death reigned through the one, much more those who are receiving abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness will reign in life through the One, Jesus Christ.

For bodily exercise profits a little, but godliness is profitable for all things, having promise of the life that now is and of that which is to come.
