And if it happens that he says to you, I will not go out from you, because he loves you and your household, since it has been good for him with you;

then you shall take an awl and thrust it through his ear to the door, and he shall continue to be your servant. And to your female servant you shall do likewise.

O Jehovah our God, masters besides You have had the rule over us; but by You only will we make mention of Your name.

For the love of Christ holds us, because we judge thus: that if One died for all, then all died;

and He died for all, that those who live should no longer live unto themselves, but unto Him who died for them and rose again.
