If a ransom is imposed upon him, then he shall pay to redeem his life, whatever is imposed upon him.

You shall appoint judges and officers in all your gates, which Jehovah your God gives you, according to your tribes, and they shall judge the people with righteous judgment.

And the elders of that city shall take that man and chastise him;

and they shall fine him one hundred shekels of silver and give them to the father of the young woman, because he has brought a bad name on a virgin of Israel. And she shall be his wife; he cannot put her away all his days.
