On the fourteenth day of the first month at evening is the Passover unto Jehovah.

On the fourteenth day of this month, in the evening, you shall observe it at its appointed time. According to all its statutes and according to all its ordinances you shall observe it.

And when the sixth hour had come, there was darkness over the whole land until the ninth hour.

And at the ninth hour Jesus cried out with a loud voice, saying, Eloi, Eloi, lama sabachthani? which is translated, My God, My God, why have You forsaken Me?

Then the whole multitude of them arose and led Him before Pilate.

And they all cried out at once, saying, Away with this Man, and release to us Barabbas;

Him, being delivered by the determined purpose and foreknowledge of God, you have taken by lawless hands, have crucified, and put to death;

But you denied the Holy and Just One, and asked for a murderer to be granted to you,

For truly against Your holy Son Jesus, whom You anointed, both Herod and Pontius Pilate, with the Gentiles and the people of Israel, were gathered together

I have heard the murmurings of the children of Israel. Speak to them, saying, At evening you shall eat flesh, and in the morning you shall be filled with bread. And you shall know that I am Jehovah your God.

And about the ninth hour Jesus cried out with a loud voice, saying, Eli, Eli, lama sabachthani? that is, My God, My God, why have You forsaken Me?

And immediately one of them ran and took a sponge, filled it with vinegar and put it on a reed, and gave Him to drink.

And Jesus cried out again with a loud voice, and yielded up His spirit.
